How is time tracked?
In 15‑minute increments using a professional timer, with task notes in your monthly report.

What if a task needs more time than I have left?
I’ll flag options: defer to next month, add a top‑up hour, or trim scope.

Can I roll over unused hours?
Yes—see the table. Starter/Growth roll 1 month; Partner rolls 2 months. Rollover always uses the oldest hours first.

Is there a minimum term?
Month‑to‑month. Cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice before your renewal date.

How do I brief work?
Email is fine; for bigger bundles we’ll use a shared Notion/Trello/Asana board with priorities.

Do you attend meetings on bundle time?
Yes—calls, workshops and Looms count as time unless otherwise stated.

What happens on holidays?
You’ll get a notice of planned time off; SLAs pause on bank holidays and during notified closures.

Emergency fixes?
If I can, I’ll jump in. Out‑of‑hours/rush may incur +50% uplift (agree first).

Who owns the work?
You do, after invoices are paid (see T&Cs). Third‑party assets remain under their own licences.

Are third‑party costs included?
No—app subscriptions, stock images, domains, hosting, etc., are billed directly to you.
